It happens. Funny how when the Giants or some other team gets spanked like that it isn't news.
Understand, I hate the Yank-mees just as much as most. I just don't see how two games make a season. -

May 22, 2008, they are 21 & 25, 8 games out, last place, with a seemingly MUCH longer road to redemption this year than last. -

Understood, but it's a long season. Yes the Spankees look rudderless right now, but that could change. Tampa is off to a great start for them but that could change too.
Wasn't it Tommy Lasorda who said, "Nobody cares what you do in April?" Or in this case, May. :)

True enough. I meant to say that every team gets their ass handed to them once in awhile. In the Giants' case this year it seems to happen oh about once a week or so. *g*
